I have long since lost my enthusiasm for our current president. Actually, he became a different person the moment after accepting the Democratic nomination in Denver in 2008. I knew he would eventually get into lockstep with the Washington powers that be. He has not disappointed me.
Having said that, I still am glad he just won the Nobel Peace Prize. Maybe it will be a new kick start for the man. We can only hope.
