Feeling Sorry For Yourself: The Number One Block To, Well, Everything!

So, how are you feeling about yourself, life, suffering?

Wasted complaining, wasted blaming, denial, and a sense of victimhood serve only to keep you from experiencing the joy and happiness you claim you want. But get this: the more difficult it is to let go of these things, the more probable it is that they are serving you in some unconscious, perhaps masochistic, way.

Do you want to know how to really attract into your life what you want? Here it is: Dare something worthy. Get out of your small self and into the world. It’s not doubt that keeps the prosperity and abundance away; it’s self-pity. And when the self-pity begins to recede, you will notice abundance around you that has been there the whole time.

Your life is blessed. Now share it with the world.

“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired, and success achieved.”
Helen Keller
